Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Head of Advisory Services Victor DeMarco
Mr. DeMarco has been in the banking industry in several different capacities since 2005. He was part of the founding team of Square 1 Bank where he held several different leadership positions and helped grow the bank from inception through its IPO and eventual merger with Pacific Western Bank. Prior to joining Avidbank in 2020, he practiced law representing many of the top venture banks in the country. He received his BS in Business from North Carolina State University, his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his JD from North Carolina Central University. Mr. DeMarco brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Chief Legal Officer and Head of Advisory Services.
