Executive Vice President, Chief of Staff Tami Benedict
Ms. Benedict began her career at Avidbank in 2006 as an Online Banking Specialist. She levered her opportunities at Avidbank and over the subsequent years, has had the responsibilities of Operations Manager, overseeing both Operations and IT as well as Deputy BSA Officer. In 2016, she was promoted to Senior Vice President and Operations Manager, having Loan Services, ABL Operations, IT, Branch, Deposit Operations, and Cash Management reporting to her. Ms. Benedict's hands on knowledge of internal operations and her ability to communicate effectively gave her the tools required to take on the role of Chief of Staff, where she continues to provide strategic leadership across the organization.
